The Future Of TalkBritain
« on: September 11, 2017, 05:01:57 PM »
Hi All,

I know I've not been around in a while, it's been hectic including divorces, deaths, moves, changing jobs, in fact the only thing that's remained the same is that the tax man can still find me... And when he does, he takes more than just a pound of flesh.

As there appears so little activity on here it seems redundant to keep the site open, sorry.

There are options, of course if someone wants to take over running the site they can, I can even transfer a backup of the site, or even continue hosting, I just don't have the time to manage the site (As I'm sure you've all noticed).

I'm not going to do anything immediately, and would welcome suggestions (polite ones please) from all present.

All the best

Sorry to hear of your problems and the tax man.

I do pop in daily just to see if anyone has weakened and posted something, so you have lost that game Haqa.

Best thing for you is to just close the site I think, Terry was the last one to post according to the box to the right, even the Russians have got bored with it.
The glory days for Talk Britain are long gone.

Sadly I have to agree with Bruv on this issue.  As for the tax authorities they make a sharks sense of smell for blood look like a flu riddled person sense of smell.

All comments above are nothing to do with here and therefore not the resposibility of the Talk Britain, site owners, admins or mods!!
